Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is a one-of-a-kind collection bringing together key moments from the Ultimate Ninja Storm series of games.The tale of Naruto and Sasuke continues and has been re-cut and combined with an all new original story!
Coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the Naruto anime, Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections is a unique game experience that combines key gameplay moments from the series that highlight select scenes from across Naruto and Sasuke’s deeply emotional story arcs.
The experience immerses both new and long-time fans in an exciting Naruto action game, where they can relive some of the most important and beloved storylines from the series’ history. In addition to this, an original story will also be available in the game.
Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections features the largest roster in a Naruto game with playable characters from across the series, including fan-favorites Ashura and Indra Otsutsuki.
Bandai Namco revealed three new characters in a new action-packed trailer for Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections.
The characters are recent additions to the Ultimate Ninja Storm series, now set to appear for the first time in a Naruto video game.
The three new characters revealed are:
- BORUTO (KARMA) – Boruto (Karma) is one of Boruto’s forms, allowing him to draw upon the power of the Karma seal, an implant of one of the series’ overarching villains Momoshiki Otsutsuki’s memories and abilities, to become even more powerful against enemy players.
- KAWAKI – Kawaki was raised in a secret society to be the future vessel for Isshiki Otsutsuki. Equipped with a Karma seal and microscopic Shinobi-Ware, he can attack with a variety of mystical and technological skills.
- JIGEN – Jigen was a young monk who was implanted with Isshiki Otsutsuki’s Karma seal and is now the leader of the secret society Kara. Armed with exceedingly powerful Karma skills and highly powerful Chakra, Jigen is one of the BORUTO series’ most powerful villains.
Fans can look forward to playing the latest version of the game, which includes the first consumer hands-on for these new characters, soon at this year’s Anime Expo on July 1-4 at the Naruto booth (#2600).
The game also faithfully recreates the anime’s art style, now delivered with crisp visuals and 60 FPS on new-gen consoles.
Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections will be available for Nintendo Switch. PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC (Steam) in 2023.
