In the above video, Executive Producer Yongjin Ham shares his passion for creating an experience that combines the engaging and reactive gameplay of a single-player RPG with the social depth and expansive world of an MMORPG.

On the decision for the name “ArcheAge Chronicles”, Yongjin has this to say: “We aimed to infuse the game with new elements suitable for a new era, and we needed a title that reflected this shift. The name "Chronicles" emerged, and we felt it aligned perfectly with the game's direction.”

ArcheAge Chronicles aims to bridge the gap between these traditionally separate experiences, bringing them together in a way that has never been done before. Additionally, the team at XLGAMES sheds some light on the setting, the background of its conflicts, and the desire to bring the world of ArcheAge Chronicles to as many players as possible on both PC and consoles.
