Physical editions of Montezuma's Revenge: The 40th Anniversary Edition are in the works for Nintendo Switch and pre-orders will open this Thursday, October 10th with online retail partner Playasia. Only 2000 Limited Editions will be produced and are to include Montezuma's Revenge: The 40th Anniversary Edition on a Nintendo Switch game card, manual, soundtrack CD and numbered certificate plus the PC version of the expanded retro game Montezuma’s Revenge: Director’s Cut on a custom key-shaped USB drive, all packaged in a collector’s box with newly produced artwork. Standard copies will also be available for pre-order.
Montezuma's Revenge: The 40th Anniversary Edition is coming to PC (Steam) in 2024, followed by Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in 2025.
