Set in an unforgiving Lovecraftian stone age, players must find ways to grow and protect the tribe from what lurks in the surrounding shadows. All the tribe members have their own personality and an AI-driven will-of-their- own that will govern decision making.
Fortunately you can influence them with rituals, buildings, upgrades and other difficult decisions to get things done!
Whatever it takes... The Tribe Must Survive!
After recently announcing that The Tribe Must Survive will launch in Early Access on the 22nd February 2024, developer Walking Tree Games and publisher Starbreeze Entertainment announce today that the game will have a free demo at Steam Next Fest 2024 only weeks before its Early Access debut!
The developer Walking Tree Games GmbH and publisher Starbreeze Entertainment confirmed today that players will be able to experience the game during the Steam Next Fest which will run from February 5th to February 12th.
The game is divided into acts with each act ending in a disaster that challenges the player to stay vigilant for their Tribe, the demo will contain 3 acts leading to plenty of content to get a feel for where the game is headed. As a roguelike, we’re constantly working on the game’s balance and content updates as well as ensuring a different experience in each run. With every run being challenging and different, not surviving is the norm. Each new attempt is a chance to hone your own strategies until your tribe makes it all the way through.
The Tribe Must Survive is in development for PC (Steam) with Early Access planned for February 22, 2024.
