Envy an NPC's powerful talent or skill? Make it your own! In Soulmask, synchronize your consciousness with the tribesmen as you recruit them to strengthen your tribe. Possess and take over their bodies and transform into anyone. If you can find them in the game, you can possess them!

As the game progresses, discover more masks that embody the spirit of ancient heroes. Powerful AI and command support allows you to set up and manage the work flow of clan members with a high degree of freedom: farming, harvesting, assembly line production, base patrol, automatic repair and even maintenance...everything can be automated and customized by you. Need a light? Smoke a cig or pop open a beer after a busy day. Take a hot bath and soothe those aching muscles. Your tribesmen will always find something of their own to do after work (or even at work -_-). Dance in the cheerful atmosphere of their tribal bonfire dance!

Soulmask today launches their large-scale global playtest, running from May 1st to May 10th on Steam.

Tribal control improves its management funtions in the game this time, with players now able to better experience the tribal simulation features. Tribesmen will now be more lively and intelligent, complaining about food, dancing by themselves in their spare time, and displaying many other signs of life. Additionally,the team has been hard at work implementing community requested combat and UI optimization passes, showing the commitment of the team to working with players to improve the game ahead of (and during) Early Access.

Players will also come face to face with a formidable new tyrant-level creature, introduced in today’s version, the anaconda, which will challenge players to take advantage of the new weapon skills and controller support.

But that’s not all: All players attending the test will receive an exclusive, limited mask appearance, redeemable in the Early Access version of the game. All they need to do is launch the official PvE server, and they will automatically earn the limited appearance. If players try the solo or co-op versions, they will need to select the trial version [Limited Mask Application] option in the announcement interface, and manually complete in the Steam ID to obtain the limited mask appearance.

The game currently supports offline single player or online multiplayer of up to 70 players on official servers. You may also establish your own LAN host or private server while inviting others to join.
