'Jackal' Is A Top-Down Close-Combat Shooter Coming To PC In Q2 - Screens & Trailer

by Rainier on Jan. 14, 2025 @ 12:00 a.m. PST

Jackal is a adrenaline-charged top-down shooter that merges the relentless brutality of Hotline Miami with a Tarantino-esque narrative set against the gritty backdrop of 1970s Las Vegas.

Execute ultra-violent raids in retro 1970s hotels. Master precision and timing to take out bad guys, raid casinos and hotels, executing unsuspecting mobsters in unforgiving close-quarters combat.

Success hinges on your ability to wield anything within reach—be it guns, knives, pool cues, chairs, or even household items.

No two playthroughs are alike with stackable gameplay mutators and randomly generated rooms.

"Jackal combines my love of John Wick fight scenes, Scorsese's mobsters, Tarantino's storytelling, and the soul of the 1970s," says the creator Michał Marcinkowski. Jackal is set to launch at the end of Q2 2025.
