NeocoreGames Developing New IP In Line With Its Previous Titles

by Rainier on Jan. 30, 2025 @ 11:03 a.m. PST

NeocoreGames, known for King Arthur: Knight's Tale and Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr, revealed it is working on a new IP, with the official announcement coming later in 2025.

King Arthur: Knight's Tale's "Painted Devils", "Rogues and Renegades" and "Camelot's Fortune Pack" DLCs are now out on Xbox Series X / S and they are coming to PlayStation 5 on February 5, 2025. King Arthur: Legion IX is coming soon to both Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 once we lock a nice date for it.

Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr's Offline Mode is coming soon to consoles as well. No date yet, but right now it is our main priority for the game.

And now, here's the really interesting part! Are you ready? We are developing a new game. Hopefully this revelation isn't too upsetting, we are a game development studio after all. Still... can we say more? Dare we say more? Alright, alright. Why not?

The actual state of affairs: we are indeed gearing up to announce our new game in 2025! Just a bit later. Even though we don't want to spoil anything just yet, our excitement cannot be contained. So, here are some minor facts:

  • This is our most ambitious project to date. NeocoreGames has grown both in size and in expertise, and we have decided to finally attempt something with a bigger scope, with considerable advances in technology and artistry as well.
  • The game will introduce a new IP. Its world has existed in our minds for many-many years, and we finally have the chance and fortitude to fully realize it.
  • Its genre will fit into our portfolio just nicely. In fact, it is a logical next step for our studio, a genre that we all love very dearly.

To celebrate all this and to kick off the new year, we currently have multiple really great ongoing sales on Steam, PlayStation and Xbox. Maybe there's a game or two you missed during the holiday sales.
