Square Enix released a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis as part of the game’s 1.5-year anniversary celebration, which will begin Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 6:00 PM PST.

The trailer showcased some of the new event story moments, Gear, rewards, new abilities and more that players can acquire for fan-favorite characters such as Sephiroth–who can be seen below in brand-new Summon Odin-inspired Gear. Four new sets of Gear will be released over the next four weeks.

The action unfolds through the characters in a modern-stylized polygon look, inspired by the original FFVII. Even those experiencing FFVII for the first time can enjoy this expansive world in this epic saga that defined RPGs for gamers throughout the world!
