Finch & Archie is a narrative-driven, online co-op noir detective game where players will control two characters: the weathered detective Jack Finch or his good boy, Archie. Set during the Great Depression, Finch & Archie challenges players to solve a series of murders, all tied into an overarching story.

After losing his previous canine partner, Finch swore never to work with another dog again. But then Archie appeared —a newly graduated police dog who changed his life. Together, Finch & Archie must track down a serial murderer that’s on the loose while solving various criminal cases in 1930s America. This new team will have to learn to work together, communicate efficiently and interact with each other to catch that serial killer and restore peace to the city.

As an online co-op game, Finch & Archie will challenge players to find creative ways to communicate —since Finch isn’t fluent in barking and Archie doesn’t speak English. Each character has a distinct set of skills to help them uncover clues. Interrogating suspects and witnesses is also crucial: through their interrogation techniques, Finch & Archie can question alibis, expose contradictions and catch criminals red-handed.

• CO-OP PLAY: Finch & Archie is a two player co-op. You can choose to be either weathered detective Jack Finch or good boy Archie. Please don’t fight over who gets to be the dog.
• CHARACTER-SPECIFIC SKILLS: Use either your magnifying glass or your excellent sense of smell to find and gather evidence that will help you with your case.
• INTERROGATION: Witnesses and suspects can be wily! Question their motives, find out their alibis and use evidence to catch them in a lie.
• COMMUNICATION: Because you are a human-dog partnership, communication does not come easy. You will have to be creative to explain your findings to your partner. The mystery cannot be solved without sharing evidence between yourselves…
