'Tranquil Isle' Is A Lo-fi Roguelite Townbuilder Coming To PC In April, Demo Available Now - Trailer

by Rainier on March 24, 2025 @ 9:05 a.m. PDT

Tranquil Isle is a lo-fi townbuilding roguelite where you build up your settlements across the sun-kissed shores of your very own island paradise.

While away the hours on the sunkissed shores of your own tiny paradise! Tranquil isle is a minimalist townbuilder, set on idyllic, randomly generated islands. The sun will rise and set as you work to grow your town to keep everything humming along nicely.

There’s no combatno trading, and no micromanagement. Just focus on making your little islands the best they can be.

The game has 2 main modes: Classic Mode, where players must strategically place buildings to build up your high score and unlock new buildings and islands, and sandbox mode for those looking to chill out and build purely for aesthetics and vibes. There's also a Daily challenge, where all players will play for a high score on the same fixed map.

Solo developer Tom Daly and indie publisher Future Friends Games announced the release date for lo-fi townbuilding roguelite Tranquil Isle as well as launching a brand new demo.

Key Features:

  • A randomly generated island paradise with different themes, weather and day/night cycles!
  • Roguelite mode for those seeking a challenge - balance population, materials, products, and knowledge!
  • Sandbox mode for those looking to build without stress!
  • Gorgeous sunkissed visuals and relaxing tunes!
  • From the publisher of Gourdlets and Summerhouse!

Tranquil Isle is launching on PC (Steam) on April 18, 2025.
