S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow Of Chernobyl will provide players with extremely dynamic gameplay of fast and tough combats, where players are to oppose dangerous and wise enemies, a large set of multifarious weaponry, possibility to control various machinery, incredible detailing and game world interactivity, story-driven single player with original team gameplay, a well-balanced multiplayer with numerous modes: DeathMatch, CTF, Cooperative, various team games and much more.

Tony "OUberLord" Mitera: The ghost town areas around Chernobyl are largely as mysterious to most people as any other place on the planet. What exactly happens when entire towns are suddenly and hurriedly evacuated, leaving untold amounts of valuable things behind? What happens to the landscape and creatures in the area as they are constantly exposed to incredibly high amounts of radiation, generation after generation? S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl not only pits the player inside the dead-zone of the Chernobyl area fighting creatures mutated by radiation as well as other human beings, but promises to immerse the player in the experience using A.I. that has its own cycles and needs. With the premise of the game being not entirely too far fetched given the areas current situation it makes S.T.A.L.K.E.R.'s gameplay that much more appealing, becoming both a entertaining gameplay experience and a twisted foray into the realms of "What if?"
