Bandai Games today announced ".hack//G.U." for the PlayStation 2. The latest iteration of the ".hack" series will launch in Japan and North America in 2006. Developed by Cyber Connect 2, ".hack//G.U." will feature a new cast of characters and an original storyline. The world premier of the teaser trailer will run in the Bandai booth at E3 every day at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM PST.

KOEI for the first time revealed dramatic footage of its inaugural PlayStation 3 title, NI-OH at Sony's exclusive E3 Press Briefing. The US Army has released a new updated version for America's Army: Special Forces (Q-Course). This upgrade brings their team-based multiplayer game to v2.4 and includes a combination of random spawns with random and dynamic objectives, "carryable" objectives, random extraction points, four new Special Forces missions, and two new weapons.
