UK trade magazine MCV has got an interesting article regarding former Acclaim UK studios Cheltenham and Manchester being picked up by Rod Cousens, former global boss of the collapsed US giant, and LA-based Europlay Capital Advisers. Apparently four games have been signed already (Interview With A Made Man and Heist and back-catalogue and IP) and also some Acclaim US assets are being looked at. A new name for the company will be announced shortly. The exact fate of the eagerly anticipated racing game "Juiced" has not been determined yet (

Gamespot got word from Vivendi regarding an upcoming demo for 2015's Vietnam-based FPS, Men of Valor. On Friday, Vivendi will release a multiplayer demo featuring a large urban environment and a small jungle environment from the full game. The MP demo will sport three game types: deathmatch, team deathmatch, and multiplayer mission. Players will be also able to select from three multiplayer classes: rifleman, machinegunner, and sniper.
