Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo are still stranded on Madagascar and attempt to leave. Unfortunately, their plane makes an emergency landing in the wilderness of Africa, where Alex meets the rest of his family and has trouble communicating with them after much of his time at the Central Park Zoo.
