id Software and Activision are putting gamers in command of the Allies finest troops for squad-based frontline combat in Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, an all-new chapter in the Wolfenstein series. Introducing a totally new gameplay style and a distinctive arsenal of features, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory enlists solo players to command an elite allied squad in a series of single player campaigns; then take the frontlines online in epic Axis versus Allies multiplayer warfare. Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is being developed by Splash Damage and Mad Doc Software, with assistance from Gray Matter Software and is executive produced by id Software. The stand-alone game is expected to be available in the first-half of 2003 and is rated "RP" (Rating Pending) by the ESRB.

Sega Classics Coming To The PC

Sega.com Inc. today announced a distribution agreement with RealNetworks, Inc. to bring classic SEGA Genesis games to the RealOne Arcade games service. For the first time gamers may now download the official versions of four classic titles to their PC with the debut of the SEGA Channel on RealOne Arcade. Additional Genesis games are scheduled to be offered on a regular basis. Sega.com and RealNetworks are also planning to make a custom version of RealOne Arcade with a SEGA-branded interface available for download from www.sega.com this holiday season.
