Big Mutha Truckers (PS2/XB) 'Too Rude' For TV

by Thomas on Oct. 7, 2002 @ 1:03 p.m. PDT | Filed under News

Empire's Trucking extravaganza Big Mutha Truckers has been deemed too rude to be shown before the 9PM TV watershed by the BACC. Bear in mind this is the same BACC that allowed a rather sexual beer ad which blatantly suggests fellatio from a vacuum cleaner for the robotic drinker. Yet again it seems to be either a case of games paranoia by the powers that be or simply the age-old problem of big blue chip companies not having to play by the same set of rules as the smaller companies.

Capcom Announce 'Chaos Legion' For PS2

by Thomas on Oct. 7, 2002 @ 7:29 a.m. PDT | Filed under News

Capcom has announced a new title for PS2, Chaos Legion. The game is based on the serial of the same name which runs in the popular Japanese fantasy anthology Dragon Magazine. Though it has the look of a 3D action title, producer Yoshinori Ono describes it as a "fantasy opera," with some RPG elements, different in style from the Resident Evil, Onimusha, or Devil May Cry series. American gamers can look forward to it sometime in 2003. It's to be released in Japan next spring. Stay tuned for more info soon! (thanks ps2.ign)
