Activision, Inc. has announced that id Software's Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Operation Resurrection for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system is now available at retail outlets nationwide. The epic World War II adventure fuses heart-stopping action and frightening gameplay with the pursuit to topple the Third Reich's fiendish army of elite soldiers, zombies and genetically engineered super-soldiers. Developed by Raster Productions, Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Operation Resurrection carries a suggested retail price of £39.99 and is rated 15+ by the BBFC.

THQ & Lego Teams Up For GBA Titles

THQ today announced that it will publish LEGO Interactive titles for the Game Boy Advance worldwide. THQ will be developing and publishing titles based on the LEGO universe, including Drome Racers and Bionicle. Drome Racers, the first title under the multi-title exclusive publishing agreement, is scheduled to ship later this month.

'The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon' Coming To Europe

Ubi Soft Entertainment today announced a distribution deal with Bethesda Softworks to publish The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon – the second expansion of the RPG-of-the-Year, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind – in European territories and Australia. Scheduled for release in June 2003, Bloodmoon takes you to the frozen Island of Solstheim where the Empire is establishing a new mining colony – a venture being threatened by the prophecy of the Bloodmoon and rumors of werewolves.

'TacOps' – Play The Wargame That Professionals Use!

The Australian Headquarters Training Command Army (HQTC-A) has now formally accepted TacOps 4 as meeting contract requirements for an Australian/New Zealand version of TacOps under the working title of "TacOps ANZAC (v4& v5)". This version is now available for issue to all members of the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces. The final ANZAC version v5 will likely include enhancements that are under concurrent development for the v5 retail edition of TacOps and for the official US Marine Corps v5 edition "TacOpsMC". The v5 retail edition of TacOps will be available later this year only from Battlefront.com, and will not be available in stores.

Mythic Entertainment Teams Up With iGames

Mythic Entertainment, developer and publisher of Dark Age of Camelot, has joined forces with iGames, an association of game centers which works on behalf of independent and franchised game centers to organize promotions and to bring games and hardware into local enters. The two companies plan to collaborate on a series of online events to be held at iGames' member locations.
