official website announcing they will be conducting a closed Legion Arena betatest and are
now accepting signups. The first phase starts November 2004, and a second, and much larger, round will commence January 2005. Legion Arena is an online RPSG or Role Playing Strategy Game, and blends core gameplay elements from the RTS & RPG genres. Set in ancient Rome, Legion Arena puts the player in charge of their own army, which they must develop, nurture and train, transforming a bunch of peasants into a fearsome fighting force.

Project Three Interactive has the first patch for the 3D isometric RPG Kult: Heretic Kingdoms. The patch upgrades Kult to v1.1 and fixes all problems with containers and even contains a major improvement in using the containers. Several other minor problems will be solved with the patch a.o. some Spanish version bugs and a memory usage issue.

After UbiSoft's last Far Cry v1.2 patch snafu, UbiSoft's Kurtis Buckmaster has posted a message in the official UbiSoft forums about the upcoming v1.3 patch. I guess that means they won't bother with the previous version anymore and just move on to the next. official World Of Warcraft website has word that people who did not make it into the closed beta test will get yet another chance to try out the game before its official release date. "We are happy to announce that we will soon be accepting applicants for the World of Warcraft Open Beta Test for North America.
