'Farscape' Demo Available NOW

Simon & Schuster let us know a few days ago that the game went gold and that we can expect it in stores within the next week, today Blue's News and 3D Gamers offer the playable demo of Farscape the Game, giving you the opportunity to try out this imminent 3D top-down action game by Red Lemon Studios that's based on the popular sci-fi TV series. The demo clocks in at a modest 63.6 MB and contains an intro movie, a training level, and a part of the full game where you get to control team members John Crichton and Chianna (thanks Blues).

Makes you wonder why SF has not said a single word or announced any of this prior to today (which they did still not really "announce").

The open beta test will begin early August, and the game is due out Q4 of this year.
