'Boiling Point' Sequel or Addon in The Works

Fansite has received confirmation from Deep Shadows project leader that they are not only working on Precursors, but also have started working on a new Boiling Point eposide, although whether it will be a mere addon or a full blow sequel is not decided yet. "We are working on next iteration of BP. Now we are waiting for publisher's decision if it turn to be addon or BP2 game. Moreover we'll publish mod-maker tools really soon so everybody are able to do a new missions for the game."

'Live For Speed: S2' - v0.5P2 Alpha Patch Available NOW

S2 will significantly improve the game - important features have been added, dynamic camber (improved simulation of suspension and different suspension types), highly detailed tyre physics and a damage model have been introduced. The LFS team has released a small update patch for the Live for Speed S2 alpha demo offering a new multiplayer car filter system and the usual game tweaks and bug fixes.

'PlanetSide' Joins Massive Incorporated In-Game Billboard Network

Massive Incorporated today announced that Sony Online Entertainment has joined Massive's video game network. SOE's MMO action game, PlanetSide, will now be part of the Massive network and is scheduled to begin running in-game billboards in mid-August.

'True Crime: New York City' (NGC/PS2/Xbox) - 18 New Screens

True Crime: New York City will follow another policeman through the meticulously re-created streets of a real-life metropolitan area. However, instead of the wisecracking LAPD detective Nick Kang, gamers will now play as Marcus Reed, a former gang member turned NYPD officer. Though few details about TC:NYC have been revealed, it will presumably have a similar moral-ambiguity system where Marcus can be either a good or a (very) bad cop.

'FIFA 06' (ALL) Cover Athletes Signed - Screens

EA announces Wayne Rooney and Ronaldinho as cover stars for EA SPORTS' FIFA 06, due for release this autumn. These partnerships build on the success of EA SPORTS' FIFA, Europe's best selling sports game franchise ever. EA also today announced major enhancements to the gameplay and management modes aimed at making FIFA 06 the total football game.
