Not a standard RPG, it's labeled a dramatic progressive action title, and Tetsuya Nomura, known for Kingdom Hearts, has signed on to be the game's character designer.

The Last Remnant is Square Enix's latest single-player RPG game, powered by the Unreal Engine 3, scheduled to be released in Japan and North America simultaneously, with two main characters, each one appealing to a specific territory.
