Ribbit King is a ridiculously original sports adventure game from Bandai. The game in question isn't golf, but 'frolf', a new hybrid of the familiar gentleman's favourite, where the clubs are replaced by a mallet, and the balls by, yes you've guessed it, frogs. And the squishy green creatures in question not only tolerate being hurled skywards, but even seem to enjoy it. But then, it must be quite a rush flying towards your goal at high velocity through the air. Of course, it's an even bigger rush if you hit a tree.

Vivendi today announced that Robots is currently in development by Eurocom Entertainment Software (console/PC) and Griptonite Games (GBA) for a first quarter 2005 launch to coincide with the theatrical release of the Robots film. Based upon 20th Century Fox's CG animated feature film releasing on March 11, 2005 the game will place players in the role of the film's hero Rodney Copperbottom, as he sets off on thrilling adventures through the living worlds of the Robots movie.
