EA announced that is has more than 30 games in development for the PS3, and when the system launches in November, it will deliver some of its most popular game franchises including Madden NFL 07, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 07 and NfS Carbon. THQ announced that the WWE has filed a lawsuit was filed on Oct. 12, 2006 claiming that a recent SEC filing revealed improper sales of WWE video games in Japan and other countries in Asia. The lawsuit seeks, among other things, a declaration that the WWE is entitled to terminate the video game license and monetary damages. THQ believe the lawsuit is without merit and intends to defend vigorously itself.
