Earlier this year Ubisoft announced that it had
signed a license agreement with VIZ Media to bring the Shonen Jump Naruto animation series for the Xbox 360. A job application page reveals that the famed Ubisoft Montreal studio is the one in charged of the project, looking looking for a Creative Director with combat, fight and RPG experience, strong sensibility and general knowledge of the Manga and Japanese cultures, as well as flexibility in working with Hollywood talent.

Night Watch is a tactical RPG, using the Silent Storm engine, and based on material from Russian writer Lukyanenko and is situated in the not so distant future. Replacing the earlier Russian demo, this version features 3 missions, 3 playable classes, all spells for first five levels, sixteen enemies of the three main classes including the boss at the end.

Bet On Soldier is a first-person shooter with a corporation-takes-over-the-world-style plot, where you bet on the outcome of encounters with specific enemies. Focus has released the v1.3 patch, adding Team Deathmatch mode, PhysX support, making the game multiplayer compatibility with the Blood of Sahara addon, and the usual fixes, tweaks and adjustments.

According to the
New York Daily News, Roger Hill, who played a big-time gang leader in the 1979 cult movie, "The Warriors," filed suit yesterday, claiming that Take-Two does not have the rights to use his likeness in the video game of the same name. Hill's demands include $250,000 and a court order preventing further use of his likeness.
