C&C 3: Kane's Wrath, the first addon for its 3D RTS, centers around NOD's leader Kane, starting after the 2nd Tiberium war, leading up to the 3rd, and beyond. Each faction will have new units, structures, upgrades, sub factions, and a new Risk-like Global Domination mode will be introduced, dropping you into action once enemies are encountered on the map.

Interplay announced earnings for the Q2 2007, reporting a net income of $5.46 million, compared to last year's $2.06 million. The results are mainly due to the sale of its Fallout license to Bethesda (for $5,750,000), while itself obtaining an exclusive license, under certain conditions, to use the IP for developing a Fallout MMO.

Paradox Interactive will attend the Games Convention in Leipzig August 22-24. While they have a large autumn lineup, recently increased through a newly signed distribution contract with publisher Nobilis Group France, they'll mainly focus on their two September releases at Leipzig: Tarr Chronicles and Galactic Assault: Prisoner of Power.

A leaked advertisement for major retailer Carrefour reveals that Microsoft will also drop the Xbox 360 price in Europe. The announcement will most likely be made next week during the Leipzig Games Convention as the ad clearly states that the new price will go in effect August 24, also the launch date for the X360 Elite in Europe. From that date on the Premium will sell for 349 €, while the Core will carry a 279 € price tag.
