Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness is a strategy/RPG game, featuring a multiplayer mode, enabling players to pit their armies against each other, a new Geo Cube feature, bringing a brand new element of strategy to the game, and spicing up PvP battles. Sony's Playstation Network has gotten a ton of new content today. Earlier this week on Xbox Live, Capcom has released a demo as well as the full Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix game, Namco Bandai released Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Online, and to top it all off there are demos for NASCAR 08, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 and All-Pro Football 08.

Games Workshop announced that its BL Publishing division will release an original novel based on EA Mythic's MMORPG, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning. The first book in the new series of novels set in the Age of Reckoning, Empire in Chaos will be available in all major bookstores and on the BL Publishing website in early 2008.
