Firefall is a team-based action shooter that thrusts hundreds of players together into a lush, dynamic open world combining intense competitive multiplayer and large-scale cooperative gameplay.

The evil Sorcerer Morgrimm has invaded Prince Edmund's castle and plots to take over the kingdom, raising an army of skeletons from beyond. While trying to stop Morgrimm, our hero, Prince Edmund is also turned into a skeleton! Now named "Deadmund," he must fight to save his homeland and defeat Morgrimm and his minions to restore order to the kingdom.

Yesterday, I spent most of the day with the fine Ubisoft  Montreal folks talking about Rainbow Six: Patriots. No hands-on time yet, but the developers walked us through a variety of single- and multiplayer locations. We'll have a few interviews coming up later, whenever the embargo lifts.

Apart from that, we watched some stuff on the DVR, a few episodes of Blue Bloods, and Burn Notice, but by the time we were done, four other shows had recorded. What's a couch potato to do?
