Strategy First and Flying Lab announced today that they are opening the beta for Rails Across America to public beta testers.

Strategy First and Flying Lab Software announced today that they are opening the beta for Rails Across America to public beta testers. "The project is coming along great. We're looking for both strategy gamers and railroad fans to give us feedback and help us ship a terrific game." To join this high speed adventure of trains, rails and empires, log onto/click HERE. In order to qualify as an official beta tester, you must;

- sign an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- be able to download the builds which can be up to 50 megs in size
- have a minimum machine configuration of a Pentium 233 with 64 megs RAM About Rails Across America

Rails Across America is a game of railroad empires in North America, covering the period from 1830 to the near future. It is a real-time strategy game with a "sim" flavor. Rails allows hundreds of tracks with thousands of trains to cross the continent.
