Advent Rising is a 3rd person, action/adventure game presented in a stunning cinematic format that delivers an unprecedented variety of addictive game play experiences. $1,000,000 -- And How to Get It
The contest commences tomorrow and is limited to the first 500,000 copies of the game sold. Consumers who purchase specially marked packages of Advent Rising will receive a free, two-month subscription to Xbox Live to participate in the contest, or they may use their existing account. Then, once a week for six weeks, an "Easter egg" in the form of the letter 'A' will be downloaded via Xbox Live and hidden within a level of the game. Majesco will publish clues on the contest website and distribute to the media as to which level the icon resides in and then the race is on.
Once the egg is found, consumers will be given a code and prompted to log into the contest website using their Xbox Live Gamer Tag. The first person to do so is that week's winner. The contest is open only to US and Canadian residents (void in MD, VT and in Quebec) who are 13 years or older. The contest ends August 15, 2005. Over the course of six weeks, players can also compete for cash and prizes, with one Grand Prize winner receiving a $1,000,000 annuity, payable in twenty equal installments of $50,000 each. Hundreds of great prizes include:
