In JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven, Joseph Joestar, Kujo Jotaro, Higashikata Josuke, Kakyoin Noriaki, and Caesar Zeppeli will return to the action while new characters Diego Brando from Steel Ball Run and Rudol von Stroheim from Battle Tendency will join.JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven turns the world of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure on its head with a brand new original story supervised by Hirohiko Araki, the creator of the original manga series.
Utilizing a unique two versus two style of gameplay, players will be able to select from over 50 characters, each with their signature attacks that fans of the series know and love. Characters are divided into specialized fighting styles, giving hints to the type of attacks characters may use along with specific strategies players must employ when in the midst of battle. Styles can include summoning a spirit to fight alongside the player’s character, harnessing energy to perform powerful attacks, fighting on horseback and more. Players with an understanding of how each character operates will be able to tactically fight alongside their partner as they lay waste to their opponents. This is especially critical in the game’s four-player mode that enables two teams to battle each other in online multiplayer matches where communication and teamwork will be a key factor to achieve victory.
Just after their final fight in Cairo, Jotaro Kujo discovered from his notes that the villainous DIO was attempting to reach Heaven. Realising the danger this could cause, Jotaro burnt the notes in order to avoid catastrophe - and so begins the Story Mode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven.
Taking place after Stardust Crusaders, the third arc of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Anime & Manga, the Story Mode features an all-new original story inspired by every arc from the series. It’s time to save the world, and players will have to gather the different parts of the Holy Corpse scattered all around the world. Over 12 chapters, players will meet characters from across the entire story of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure - but they will also have to face a new and near-indestructible enemy: Over Heaven Dio.
Discover for yourself the many eccentric characters, epic battles and bizarre encounters that take place in the adventure, as the PlayStation Network demo is available to download now until early July. Check out the first chapter of the Story and try-out VS Mode, featuring 4 brilliant characters: Jotaro Kujo, NoriakiKakyoin, JosukeHigashikata and OkuyasuNijimura.
