'Age Of Water' Closed Beta Coming Soon, Accepting Sign-ups - Screens & Trailer

by Rainier on June 30, 2022 @ 12:22 p.m. PDT

Reminiscent of Kevin Costner's Waterworld, Age Of Water tells the story of a distant post-apocalyptic future when the Earth has been transformed into an ocean world.

Age of Water takes place on a water covered Earth. Residents live in cities built upon whatever urban structures remain above the water’' surface including skyscraper rooftops and giant statues.

Take control of a motorboat and travel between settlements, fighting pirates, excavating the remnants of a lost civilization from the depths of the ocean and transport valuable goods whilst discovering whether the mythical land still exists.

In Age of Water players will need to complete quests in solo or co-op, fight against AI-controlled enemies, gather valuable resources, profit from price differences between settlements and freely explore the high seas of the open world.

Age of Water is open for Closed Beta Test reservations (PC).

Dozens of hulls and hundreds of parts are available, from which players can assemble anything ranging from a small boat to a hefty 30 meters long vessel.

Players can equip it with gear, armor, and weapons. Recruiting team members to build a crew, man the guns and cannons, complete other vital tasks is equally as important.

Players can establish their own strategic naval case to hideout from enemies, to organize production, and get ready to explore the vast open sea.
