The Sims 4 celebrates the heart and soul of the Sims themselves, giving players a deeper connection with the most expressive, surprising and charming Sims ever in this single-player offline experience.

The Sims 4 encourages players to personalize their world with new and intuitive tools while offering them the ability to effortlessly share their creativity with friends and fans.

The Sims 4 brings all new ways to play with life; powerful new creative tools, all-new Sims with enhanced emotion and intelligence, and a gaming experience where players control the mind, body and heart of their Sims to bring their stories to life like never before.

EA and Maxis revealed their newest partnership with black beauty brand, Dark & Lovely and gaming content creator, “Ebonix.”

This partnership will continue to expand inclusive content in The Sims 4 through free base game updates delivering new hairstyles and color variations, which will be available across all platforms.

Building on previous collaborations with Ebonix, the base game update will feature new skin tones, nail options and introducing 24 new color combinations across two existing hairstyles in April 2024, inspired by Dark & Lovely’s newest Immersive Bolds collection. There will be a later update featuring a new locs hairstyle in July 2024, furthering The Sims’ commitment to releasing content that authentically and respectfully mirrors the diversity of its millions of players.

In addition to new content, the partnership kicks off the “Play in Color” campaign, punctuated by a documentary showcasing the voices of the games industry leaders and advocates for representation in games.

The Sims 4 is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam and Origin).
