Rise from pauper to master thief - grab the loot list and get to work, whether it’s a roadside diner or a federal vault: slip past security and make fools of everyone, or unleash chaos and blow the place apart. Fence the haul to upgrade the hideout, gear up, and build your criminal empire.

Every job revolves around completing the Loot List — a dynamic set of objectives that determines what must be stolen to succeed. Missions can range from carefully planned burglaries to unpredictable disasters where physics, explosions, and improvisation collide.

Loot can be fenced for profit, allowing players to upgrade their hideout, unlock better equipment, and expand their criminal empire.

The reveal is accompanied by the above gameplay trailer showcasing unpredictable co-op heists, including a haunted mansion robbery that spirals into a fire caused by a toaster, the theft of a rubber duck for a mysterious masked client, and a casino vault break-in involving sewer infiltration and advanced heist equipment inspired by classic crime films.

Loot List: Thief Sim is coming to Steam Early Access and will remain so for about 12–19 months.

• LIST: Steal everything on it! The list can have anything on it — play it by ear.
• WORLD: Empty bank vaults, sneak into government buildings, look for gang caches and don't forget the other areas. Every place is an opportunity to hit it rich here.
• PHYSICS: Build a pyramid of junk to climb into a hard-to-access area, or just trash everything around. Why not?
• INTERACTIVITY: Do you want to steal access codes and carefully disarm security systems, or take a bomb on the job and show the cops a good time? Your call.
• LEVELING UP: Become a master thief — unlock the toughest robberies and pull them off using incredible equipment. And don't forget to buy a house!
