Silent Hill: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996.
Simon Ordell is called back to the island of St. Amelia to ‘put things right’, encountering a town lying quiet beneath a heavy fog, seemingly abandoned but not at rest.
Venturing deeper, and driven to understand his connection to the place and its inhabitants, Simon begins to discover fragments of a past rising to the surface.
Experienced entirely in first person, Simon must explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including the CRTV, a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
Konami unveiled the main cast for Silent Hill: Townfall in a chilling new trailer premiered during gamescom Opening Night Live.
Emmy Award winner Terry O'Quinn (Lost, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live) joins the cast as Richard, the enigmatic man who summons Simon back to St. Amelia and sets in motion the events of Silent Hill: Townfall. As Simon's journey unfolds, Richard's connection to both the town and its troubled past becomes increasingly difficult to ignore.
Jovan Adepo (The Odyssey, IT: Welcome to Derry, 3 Body Problem) stars as protagonist Simon Ordell, a man called back to the remote Scottish settlement to "put things right". Awakening with few answers, Simon is soon drawn into a journey shaped by cryptic messages received through a strange pocket television known as the CRTV and fragments of a past he can barely remember.
Kezia Burrows (Observation) plays Zoe, a compassionate nurse whose voice reaches out to Simon through layers of static on the CRTV, urging him to "come back to her". Unable to turn a blind eye to those in need, Zoe found herself deeply entangled in the lives of St. Amelia's residents and the events that shaped the town.
The new trailer also offers a chilling glimpse of the horrors awaiting Simon, including relentless new monsters and unsettling imagery that hints at the darkness lurking beneath the surface of St. Amelia.
Silent Hill: Townfall is a co-production with publisher Annapurna Interactive (Stray, Outer Wilds, Neon White) and multiple BAFTA award-winning independent developer No Code Studios (Stories Untold, Observation).
Silent Hill: Townfall is coming to PS5 and PC (Steam / Epic Games Store) on September 24, 2026.
