In My Frogger Toy Trials, Frogger is back and this time paired with the Hero as they try to win a toy pet competition that will grant them the one wish that will make all their dreams come true. Allowing players to hop higher and dodge faster than ever before, My Frogger Toy Trials features innovative new mini-games that take full advantage of the Nintendo DS touch screen and microphone, a variety of different power-ups and a challenging four-player wireless head-to-head mode.

In the game, a company named Tobi Inc. has developed a way to transform a child's drawing of his or her ideal pet into a real toy pet with a will of its own. The company is holding a competition for the best idea and the Hero and Frogger decide to join. As players make their way through the game, they will control both the Hero and Frogger to solve puzzles with the touch-pad and microphone, and also collect new costumes to obtain power ups such as super speed and sticking ability.
