At the Tokyo Game Show Capcom announced that it is acquiring Dead Rising 2 developer Blue Castle Games, also known for The Bigs. The development studio will henceforth be known as Capcom Games Vancouver and will work closely with Capcom on the development of future games.

At the Tokyo Game Show Tecmo's Team Ninja revealed that it is working on Ninja Gaiden 3.
