Capcom's 2009 San Diego Comic-Con Lineup

Capcom revealed the titles that it will showcase at the San Diego Comic-Con International from July 23 – 26, 2009. Capcom's booth will feature tournaments, signings by Japanese producers, plenty of merchandise (towels, t-shirts, comics etc) as well as a playable demos of Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth­, Lost Planet 2, Dark Void, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom Ultimate All-Stars, Marvel vs. Capcom 2, Resident Evil: The Dark Side Chronicles, and Fate/Unlimited Codes.

'Raven Squad' (X360/PC) Assault Squad Bios - New Screens

Set in the near future Raven Squad is a unique blending of RTS and FPS genres, as the game puts you in control of two groups of mercenary squads who crash land behind enemy lines in the Amazonian jungles. It will require tactical planning and a liberal amount of brute force to escape to safety.

If you never heard of Popfly before, fret not, you are not alone. Launched two years ago, Popfly was one of Microsoft's attempts to get into user-generated content. It launched with little public awareness, which is probably what led to the current decision of shutting it down. With XNA on the forefront and more recently its promising Kudo platform, Microsoft did not need an unknown service for aspiring game developers. On August 24, 2009, the Popfly service will be discontinued; all resources will be taken down; and access to account, games and mash-ups will cease.
