On April 1st Microids announced Syberia 3 would be coming to PC and PS3, which turned out to be a semi April Fools joke. While the game is in development, SCEA has been giving Microids the cold should despite SCEE's approval of previous Syberia titles, leaving it up to Sony whether the newest installment will actually be on the PS3.

Pirate Bay Founders Sentenced To Do Time

Founders of the Pirate Bay BitTorrent Web site have been found guilty of assisting in making copyright content available. Carl Lundström, Fredrik Neij, Peter Sunde and Gottfrid Svartholm were each sentenced to a year in prison and must pay a total of $3,620,000 in damages. Sunde revealed he will appeal the court ruling and will continue operating the Pirate Bay site.
