While there has been any official announcement yet, at last week's GDC SNK revealed that, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the franchise, it is bringing Metal Slug to the PSP. As the Metal Slug Collection title indicates this will not be an all new product but rather a compilation of Metal Slug 1 through 5, including Metal Slug X. Metal Slug Collection will be a port of the classic arcade titles and will feature 2 player coop.

EA will celebrate the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany with the launch of the event's only officially licensed videogame, 2006 FIFA World Cup. The videogame will ship on all platforms including X360 in April 2006 in anticipation of the real-world tournament which begins in June.

Brian Kopp, author of The Ultimate World of Warcraft Leveling & Gold Guide, filed a lawsuit against Blizzard, Vivendi and the ESA for attempting to stop him his guide,
according to CNET. Blizzard had his eBay account blocked, twice, claiming trademark and copyright infringement issues. With his countersuit Brian is looking for monetary compensation; an injunction preventing the entities from interfering with his sales; and a judgment that his book is protected by the First Amendment and doesn't interfere with intellectual-property rights.
