Hellboy movie director Guillermo Del Toro has revealed that he has been approached to work with Mike Mignola, author of the original comic book, as a consultant for a video game based on the Hellboy movie. "A deal has been finalized with Konami for a Hellboy video game based on the movie version of the characters and world. Throw flying discs and balls to improve the pup's agility, bathe it when it gets dirty, and repeat voice commands to train the dog to do tricks. The new game will follow the plot of the original "From Russia with Love" film, including the battle on the Orient Express and the boat chase sequence, but will expand the story with new action sequences. The development team approached the game as a director's cut of the film, which will allow the player to utilize such cool toys as the jetpack and a Q-copter as well as the trusty Walther PPK handgun. The game is set for release in the fall on PS2, Xbox and GameCube.
