Anytime between now and 6:00 pm PST on Wednesday, February 4th, residents of Canada, Korea, and the US can submit their applications for a chance to help test one of the most anticipated massively multiplayer online role-playing games of 2004. 'Nightshade' (PS2) - Screens

"Nightshade" is the official name for the upcoming PS2 title formerly known as "Kunoichi" (it remains "Kunoichi" in Japan). Players take on the role of the sexy and dangerous female ninja Hibana as she battles legions of demonic foes with unlimited combo attacks and powerful ninja magic. Developed by SEGA's Overworks studio, "Nightshade" is slated to be released in early Q1 04. Read more for details and new screens.

'Painkiller' - Site Revamped & Demo Date

Dreamcatcher sent out word that they have revamped the Painkiller website, People Can Fly's upcoming First Person Shooter. To get your fill of gameplay movies soaked in bloody, squishy footprints, never before seen renders of vicious, hungry monsters, heart-stopping sound-files, the full, entirely gruesome storyline and the first opportunity to PRE-ORDER (More info on pre-order campaign coming next week). The Painkiller website also mentions that the official Painkiller Single-Player Demo will be released Feb 16th, but it seems the full game has been slightly delayed until April 12th.
