Enigma: Rising Tide is an alternate history World War II naval battle game. The core project is a massively multiplayer game that may be extended to other platforms. Within a year, will be available as a Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG). Tesseraction is designing, creating, testing and releasing the MMOG game title using Intrinsic Alchemy. GMX Media picked up the distribution right for the offline version which is due in March 2003. The demo lets you take control of two vessels - an I-15 British Submarine and a British Flower Class Corvette. You can either take up the role of a sub-hunter or join a wolf pack and attack a convoy. Videogame co-publishing company, Tri Synergy, sets sail with an all-new RTS trading adventure, Port Royale. Set in the 16th and 17th century, Port Royale immerses gamers in the historic rivalry between pirates and buccaneers. As a pirate or trader, players embark on a journey through the Caribbean “New World” where they must establish their reputation, build plantations and construct trade routes throughout 60 villages. Port Royale is scheduled to ship in Q2 of 2003.

ARUSH Entertainment, Groove Games and Digitalo are pleased to announce that the 2-level multiplayer demo of the much-anticipated FPS Devastation has been released. The demo lets gamers play Devastation’s “Streetwar” (just like Deathmatch) and Capture the Flag game types over a LAN or online. It features two amazingly detailed environments, the Embarcadero Depot, and the abandoned Union Rail Yard. The maps are stocked with amazing weapons, including the powerful P*Laser and the remote-controlled Rat Drone. They have now updated the multiplayer demo and included the fix issued yesterday.
