Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon 2is the long-awaited sequel to the best-selling modern military shooter that changed the online multiplayer experience for both PC and console fans around the world. By now we all know that Lord Of The Rings director Peter Jackson has been tapped to do a remake of the classic King Kong movie. Starring Adrien Brody from "The Piano" and not comedian Jack Black (recently seen in The School Of Rock), Gamespot got the confirmation from Ubisoft people that they are indeed publishing (or maybe also developing?) a game based on the movie, to coincide with the theatrical release, somewhere in 2005. No specific details are available at this time, but with E3 drawing closer we hopefully won't have to wait much longer.

Xbox.IGN is reporting that, due to lower than expected sales, European developer Southend Interactive will not be working on any sequel to the 2002 Xbox exclusive sci-fi action/sports game Deathrow. Southend Interactive is still in business though as they are working on a yet unannounced project which will be made public later this year.
