Without giving a time frame, Codemasters revealed that while the 1st patch/TU primarily addressed priority issues affecting the quality of the game, the 2nd patch will be a significant and address a wide variety of issues for SP and MP across the board.

In ME2, Saren's evil army of Geth soldiers has just been defeated, and humans, who are still struggling to make their mark on the galactic stage, are now faced with an even greater peril. The latest GTTV ep. reveals that Cmd. Shepard is working for Cerberus' The Illusive Man, played by Martin Sheen. You will also have a new squad member, Mordin, while also introducing a new character class, the Vanguard.

In the bold and often-bloody Dead Space, gamers will step into a third-person sci-fi survival horror experience delivering the ultimate in psychological thrills and gruesome action. With the original Dead Space released last year, the Wii sequel not selling too well, Visceral wrapping up Dante's Inferno, it is no surprise work on a sequel is proceeding. Not officially announced yet, but hinted at multiple times already, rumors about the inclusion of multiplayer surfaced in a survey earlier this year, with a new help wanted page confirming it further (thanks Joystiq).

Yesterday was a fun day. It was one of those nice fall days that's kind of chilly but sunny; it wasn't cold, but it wasn't warm either. We had some friends come over, went out to breakfast, did some shopping, made dinner, and rubbed our bellies.

An impromptu visit to Gamestop got us a few old games, Zak & Wiki and Tales of Desperaux, and I was eyeing a Wii Perfect Shot lightgun for $15, but decided to hold off and see what else was out there. When we were at Target, I picked up a Zapper Blaster for $25, but then changed my mind at the checkout. When we got home, a quick check on eBay got two zapper laser guns for a total of $25 instead. Sweet!

Later today, we plan on seeing Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day and stopping at Asqew for dinner.
