Well, that was funny. We stayed inside for most of the weekend, having a ball and watching TV shows. We stepped out on Sunday to grab some groceries, and I picked up a bug somewhere. My head weighs a ton, yet it feels floaty, and I'm sweating like a pig. Luckily, I felt it coming, bundled up right away and my usual remedy is to nap and hopefully sweat it out. I know, it sounds pretty grody, but it works (and I feel a teeny bit better already).

Before I got hit by the bug, we watched House, Kitchen Nightmares, Psych and started watching Monsters vs. Aliens but then I dozed off as planned, so we'll pick it up again tomorrow.

In Aliens vs. Predator, players will have the chance to take the role of the three infamous species: the Colonial Marine, the Predator and the Alien. Earlier this month SEGA revealed a demo would be released pre-launch, and now the good word is that it is scheduled for this week, but whether this will also be on PC was not specified.

Well, that was no fun. Our Internet connection has been down for hours, and a few earlier attempts to reset the link were futile, as it died again mere seconds later.

No Internet meant we had no distractions so we caught up on our TV watching. We made a good dent in our weekly backlog, as we managed to see Bones, Castle, Chuck, Heroes, Human Target, NCIS and started on Supernatural, but the Force was too strong and we dozed off. Nap time!

Tomorrow, we have a few errands to run, and maybe check out the Australian Open finale, but then we can get right back to being couch potatoes and finishing off whatever's left on the DVR.
