Magicka is an action/adventure in which the player takes on the role of a wizard of a decadent ancient order, utilizing a complex game mechanic to let players, in real-time, dynamically combine different elements to create spells or the even more powerful Magicks to exploit the weaknesses of their foes.

The Medal of Honor franchise has been off the grid after the lukewarm reception of MoH: Airborne in 2007. That a new installment in the series is in the works has been hinted at a few times, with EGM guesstimating that it may move from its WWII era setting into modern day Afghanistan. Giving further credence to that speculation is a CV from former EA dev Micah Lapping-Carr, now working at Microsoft on Natal, who claims he worked on a "a Medal of Honor modern combat title" in 2008 (thanks SA). No official announcements have been made by EA yet, but if a new title was worked on last year already, maybe we'll get word of it soon.

Valhalla Knights: Eldar Saga is an action RPG that expands the series by introducing a co-op feature allowing two players to adventure through the land of Eldar with no random encounters while updating the real-time battle system to now include battles taking place on the world map instead of a separate battle screen for a seamless experience.

While a Nov. 17 release date was set a few months ago, GameStop has updated its product listing indicating it has been pushed until April 4, 2010.

Defense of the Ancients: Allstars developer "IceFrog" revealed that he has been recruited by Valve and is leading a team to work on a new project. While IceFrog didn't reveal any details he did say that has has "all the resources needed to do some very exciting stuff," and also that his "goal and top priority in the future is to solve the surrounding issues that affect the DotA experience in order to allow it to reach new heights.
