Electronic Arts today announced plans to release this September The Sims Deluxe Edition, the definitive version of the top-selling PC game of all time, The Sims. The Sims Deluxe Edition will combine the full version of The Sims, the best-selling Sims expansion pack The SimsLivin' Large, and exclusive new content including the all-new Sim customization tool: The Sims Creator. Translated into 16 different languages, The Sims has inspired five expansion packs; The Sims Livin' Large, The Sims House Party, The Sims Hot Date, The Sims Vacation and, also due out this September, The Sims Unleashed. Combined sales for the franchise have topped 16 million units worldwide.

Lights, camera, action! Island Xtreme Stunts, the latest video game from LEGO Interactive, places players in the role of a stuntman on a high-energy Hollywood movie set with a demanding director who needs jaw-dropping stunts for his new action adventure film. The game, which is being co-published by Electronic Arts and LEGO Interactive, is under development for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, Nintendo's Game Boy Advance and the PC. All versions are geared toward young gamers aged six and up and are scheduled to ship in fall 2002.

The action-adventure Project Nomads, “PC Game of the Show" at the ECTS 2001, is getting close to completion. As a taster, a demo will be launched during the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany (August 29th – September 1st). The demo (100 MB) will be ready for download on the official homepage from 2nd September, and will be available in English and German.

RE is the last game of the next generation of racing games created by the Infogrames Racing studio. Grand Prix 4, V-Rally 3 have already been launched and now, RE will push back the limits of the Xbox hardware and provide a real innovating gameplay.
