GamingGroove just let us know that FYI: Synaptic Soup (made up of a guy or two from Bullfrog's Dungeon Keeper team from way back when) has updated their (or his rather, as it's Rik Heywood that updates this log) Cipher engine work log. The Cipher engine is the engine powering their upcoming driving game " Crazy Car Championship " (working title), and while I don't care for driving / racing games much, the graphics this engine is capable of are really pretty sharp. Guillaume Eluerd is the lead scriptwriter at In Utero, the development team behind the forthcoming 3D-stealth/adventure game, The Shadow of Zorro. The In Utero team, led by Project Manager, Frederic Ressaire has skillfully captured the same action and adventure that remains faithful to the original TV series. The Shadow of Zorro, published by Cryo, will be released in the UK on PlayStation 2 on 8th February 2002.
