The episode began filming one year ago at a gaming event in Sweden, and concludes with the Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) World Finals in New York City, with many stops in between. It also includes an interview with Fatal1ty at his home and training center in Kansas City, Missouri in preparation for this program.
