Capcom has signed a development agreement with UK based Monumental Games (formed in 2005 by former Climax employees, currently working on Hunter's World, and recently acquired Swordfish Studios' Manchester office) which will develop an as yet unannounced multi-platform title scheduled for release and published by Capcom later this year.

UK-based online games developer Monumental Games, currently working on Football Superstars, recently acquired part of Swordfish Studios, and announced today the opening of a state-of-the-art studio in Pune, India.

MMO middleware developer Monumental Games announced that it has acquired Manchester-based Swordfish Studios from Activision, which had put the studio up for sale after its recent merger with Vivendi.

Founded by 3 key development staff from Climax Online with over 20 years experience in the creation of console and Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) Games, newly formed Monumental Games are currently working on a brand new MMO and looking for licensees for their MMO middleware called TitanAT.
